This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The bed was comfortable and good sized. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Ratusz Arsenal metro station, truly enjoyed that, easily travelled around the city...

we enjoyed the staff and location. double room overlooks city and includes a microwave oven, a refrigerator and glassware. had nice dainties at la dolce vita, located short walk from the hotel.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Excellent location. There is a bus stop near the hotel which goes to the airport. Clean and cozy! Unusual room design. I recommend it!

The best possible location for the old, historical part of town, traditional restaurants and antique shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms with creative interior decoration.

Breakfast could be a little more consistent.

Great location and a very very special atmosphere (each room has a different theme and a nice breakfast room). Friendly and helpful personal. My room was big, two beds and a table, and wireless internet access. Breakfast was good and plenty - but no fancy stuff, just basic.

No car parking at the hotel. In case you are coming by car, please enter in your nav system the foolowing street "Senatorska 5". House no.5 is on your right hand side and on your left hand side there is a car park with an attendant. Check google maps satellite and you see it ... and you see the Castle Inn too, just about two hundreds meter away from the car park..

Excelent location, frienly staff

One of the best hotels I'e stayed.

We choose this hotel for it's location, it could not have been better. The staff were excellent and most helpful.

This pretentious hotel has little to offer it's customers in terms of practical facilities.The freestanding bath, with it's hand shower but no screen or shower curtain always resulted in copious and embarrasing amounts of water on the floor. We did not complain as it would need further instation to overcome the problem.For this reason Room 14 is not a "Deluxe Double Room"

We stayed in 2 different rooms and really liked both - they were different and fun. The beds were very omfortable and the rooms were clean. We really liked both rooms we stayed in. If I was to go back to warsaw I would definiteiy stay there again and recommend to others.

The only negative is there was no lift and carrying suitcases up and downstairs is not ideal, having said that when we moved into the second room our suitcases were moved for us.

Location. Staff helpfulness.

1. No air conditioning. This was not a problem for our stay, due to unseasonably cold weather. But could be for normal Warsaw summer temperatures. There are fans available and they may be sufficient. 2. No elevator. There is staff available during the day to carry bags up and down, but not for an early departure before the day staff comes on duty. 3. Taxi access. Taxis are not allowed to come down the street adjacent to the hotel. It is not a major problem with roller bags to cross the castle square to meet the cabs (about 70 feet), but it would be a problem with heavy non-rolling bags.
